Kassiopeia Villa i Chania (Byen), Chania

Kassiopeia Villa is a sea view, luxury 3-bedroom villa with a private pool and amazing panoramic sea views of Souda bay, located about 5 km from the town of Chania and 8 km from the sandy beach. Supermarkets and taverns are easily accessible within a few minutes drive.

The lovely villa offers a spacious open plan area with a corner seating area with smart TV with Netflix and Home Cinema, a dining area and another living room area with a fireplace on the first floor. Amazing sea views and access through glass doors to a furnished veranda with and outdoor seating area are provided from the open plan area. A fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a shower bathroom are provided on the same level.

One master bedroom with a king size bed an en-suite shower bathroom and a second bedroom with a king size bed, which can also be arranged as two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom are offered on the first floor as well.

One more bedroom with two single beds and a furnished balcony is provided on the top floor of the villa.

A private pool of up to 1.20 meters depth with great sea views, sun loungers and sun umbrellas and a beautiful garden are available. Free wireless internet, air-condition in every bedroom, washing machine and private parking space are offered.

Please also note that the older owners of the villa sometimes stay in the ground floor of the building but have no access to the pool area or the garden.

Guests can enjoy the picturesque town of Chania at 5 km away and a few famous sandy beaches of the area (Marathi, Loutraki, Agioi Apostoloi, Agia Marina, Kalyves) within a short driving distance.

"Stunning. Often, listings do not live up to their online photos. Not this villa. Even more beautiful in person. The host met us at the property and were super nice and responsive throughout. The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. As soon as we booked, Emmanuel was in touch with some general information on the local area, followed up shortly before arrival with local recommendations for restaurants, beaches, places to go etc. Emmanuel met us at check-in to show us around and was in touch throughout the stay for anything we needed.

The villa itself is better than it looks from the photos. Amazing views and outdoor spaces and the pool was great. A short drive into Chania and so many places locally. We wouldn't hesitate to return here or to another property hosted by Emmanuel. A great stay, thank you!

We had an amazing stay here. The house is super comfortable w/plenty space, loaded kitchen, safe neighborhood & super helpful, responsive and friendly hosts who also arranged our rental car and met us at the villa to ensure all was good at check in. We were at peace here & didn’t want to leave. The view of Souda Bay from the balconies is special both day and night. The pool was perfect on hot days or after a long day out. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It felt like our own private retreat from the world.
