Kassiopeia Villa auf Chania, Chania

Kassiopeia Villa is a sea view, luxury 3-bedroom villa with a private pool and amazing panoramic sea views of Souda bay, located about 5 km from the town of Chania and 8 km from the sandy beach. Supermarkets and taverns are easily accessible within a few minutes drive.

The lovely villa offers a spacious open plan area with a corner seating area with smart TV with Netflix and Home Cinema, a dining area and another living room area with a fireplace on the first floor. Amazing sea views and access through glass doors to a furnished veranda with and outdoor seating area are provided from the open plan area. A fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a shower bathroom are provided on the same level.

One master bedroom with a king-size bed an en-suite shower bathroom and a second bedroom with a double bed, which can also be arranged as two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom are offered on the first floor as well.

One more bedroom with two single beds and a furnished balcony is provided on the top floor of the villa.

A private pool of up to 1.20 meters depth with great sea views, sun loungers and sun umbrellas and a beautiful garden are available. Free wireless internet, air-condition in every bedroom, washing machine and private parking space are offered.

Please also note that the older owners of the villa sometimes stay in the ground floor of the building but have no access to the pool area or the garden.

Guests can enjoy the picturesque town of Chania at 5 km away and a few famous sandy beaches of the area (Marathi, Loutraki, Agioi Apostoloi, Agia Marina, Kalyves) within a short driving distance.

The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. Our family of 6 just returned from a week at Kassiopeia Villa and had the greatest time. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and it was equipped with all the amenities se needed. The villa has the most amazing views and we loved having the pool! Emmanuel and Yannis were extremely helpful and proactive with all communications, responding immediately to any questions. They also provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. Highly recommend staying here!

We arrived mid afternoon to a breathtaking and truly lovely villa, which combines traditional and modern perfectly. The bedrooms are generous and the air conditioning a gift for those hot nights. The totally private outside space was our place to relax most of the time - with views of the pool and beyond from the upper terrace. The views from terrace were spectacular at nights where you see the port and town. We loved swimming in the clear and generous pool. The garden is beautiful as is the view beyond out to the sea in the distance. We ate at Villa few times as it was very equipped. Day trips to local beach Marathi & Loutraki where we had lunch by the sea were easy in our car hire. A perfect week, in a beautiful villa with amazing host Emmanuel.
