Kassiopeia Villa i Chania town, Chania

Kassiopeia Villa is a sea view, luxury 3-bedroom villa with a private pool and amazing panoramic sea views of Souda bay, located about 5 km from the town of Chania and 8 km from the sandy beach. Supermarkets and taverns are easily accessible within a few minutes drive.

The lovely villa offers a spacious open plan area with a corner seating area with smart TV with Netflix and Home Cinema, a dining area and another living room area with a fireplace on the first floor. Amazing sea views and access through glass doors to a furnished veranda with and outdoor seating area are provided from the open plan area. A fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a shower bathroom are provided on the same level.

One master bedroom with a king-size bed an en-suite shower bathroom and a second bedroom with a double bed, which can also be arranged as two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom are offered on the first floor as well.

One more bedroom with two single beds and a furnished balcony is provided on the top floor of the villa.

A private pool of up to 1.20 meters depth with great sea views, sun loungers and sun umbrellas and a beautiful garden are available. Free wireless internet, air-condition in every bedroom, washing machine and private parking space are offered.

Please also note that the older owners of the villa sometimes stay in the ground floor of the building but have no access to the pool area or the garden.

Guests can enjoy the picturesque town of Chania at 5 km away and a few famous sandy beaches of the area (Marathi, Loutraki, Agioi Apostoloi, Agia Marina, Kalyves) within a short driving distance.

"Stunning. Often, listings do not live up to their online photos. Not this villa. Even more beautiful in person. The host met us at the property and were super nice and responsive throughout. The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. Would go back....."

We had an incredible time in Crete-thanks to our wonderful hosts, Emmanuel and Yannis. Everything was perfect; we were warmly welcomed, provided with insightful advice for our visit, and the villa was AMAZING. The house was large and spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was wonderful to have the washers. The views from Kassiopeia Villa were spectacular-get up early to enjoy a sunrise. With countless balconies, a beautiful pool, and lovely furnishings, it was the perfect place to come home after exploring Crete. What made the visit even better were the wonderful hosts. When we encountered an issue with a planned tour, Emmanuel responded immediately and helped us problem solve—thanks to him, we were able to see all the sites on our list despite some weather challenges. We give Kassiopeia our highest rating. More comfortable than many 5-star resorts and a fraction of the price. We have already recommended it to our friends and travel agent!! This Villa was perfect for our week in Crete, the villa was far enough away from Crete old port to avoid the crowds but close enough when we wanted to go into old port for a meal or shopping - 10 minute drive. I would recommend this villa for a stay in Crete, TheHotelgr staff are very helpful responsive. Thank you to Emmanuel and Yannis. Graeme.
