Kassiopeia Villa a Città della Canea, Chania

Kassiopeia Villa is a sea view, luxury 3-bedroom villa with a private pool and amazing panoramic sea views of Souda bay, located about 5 km from the town of Chania and 8 km from the sandy beach. Supermarkets and taverns are easily accessible within a few minutes drive.

The lovely villa offers a spacious open plan area with a corner seating area with smart TV with Netflix and Home Cinema, a dining area and another living room area with a fireplace on the first floor. Amazing sea views and access through glass doors to a furnished veranda with and outdoor seating area are provided from the open plan area. A fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a shower bathroom are provided on the same level.

One master bedroom with a king size bed an en-suite shower bathroom and a second bedroom with a king size bed, which can also be arranged as two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom are offered on the first floor as well.

One more bedroom with two single beds and a furnished balcony is provided on the top floor of the villa.

A private pool of up to 1.20 meters depth with great sea views, sun loungers and sun umbrellas and a beautiful garden are available. Free wireless internet, air-condition in every bedroom, washing machine and private parking space are offered.

Please also note that the older owners of the villa sometimes stay in the ground floor of the building but have no access to the pool area or the garden.

Guests can enjoy the picturesque town of Chania at 5 km away and a few famous sandy beaches of the area (Marathi, Loutraki, Agioi Apostoloi, Agia Marina, Kalyves) within a short driving distance.

The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb and the host, Emmanuel. The house was very beautiful, easy to get to, and had amazing views. My family and I were very comfortable. But what stood out the most was Emmanuel's responsiveness, willingness to help, and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process. Even when our family had a medical issue that needed urgent care, he helped us with every step and was extremely caring, kind and proactive. We are truly thankful for his assistance and would strongly recommend this property to anyone!

There home was incredible! Large windows and doors overlooking the harbor and mountains. I could sit in the window seats all day and just look outside.
