"Loved everything about this place. My family spent a wonderful week here.. grandparents, parents and two teenaged kids and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. We drove to many stunning beaches, explored the ruins at Knossos and spent many evenings exploring nearby Chania and eating at its wonderful restaurants. Best of all though was coming back to our beautiful villa with its stunning views, comfortable beds, large swimming pool, well equipped kitchen and huge living spaces. The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. Would go back....."

Our stay at the Kassiopeia Villa was beyond our expectations. The Villa is gorgeous and the view was stunning. It was quiet and peaceful. You definitely will need a car to go anyplace. The service and communication from Emmanuel and Yannis at TheHotel.gr was outstanding. They cover information about the villa, renting a car, driving directions, places to see and places to eat. They were extremely responsive and even took the time to check in with us just to see how we were doing. Do not hesitate to book with them. You will not be disappointed!

Loved everything about this place. My family spent a wonderful week here.. grandparents, parents and two teenaged kids and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. We drove to many stunning beaches, explored the ruins at Knossos and spent many evenings exploring nearby Chania and eating at its wonderful restaurants. Best of all though was coming back to our beautiful villa with its stunning views, comfortable beds, large swimming pool, well equipped kitchen and huge living spaces. We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuel & Yannis’ Airbnb. The house was truly amazing and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view of Souda harbour was breathtaking! The hosts were always there if needed and responded immediately if contacted. It was an absolute pleasure staying at this beautiful house.

The villa far exceeded our expectations and we absolutely loved our stay here. It's very spacious, clean, well equipped and the views from the balconies are amazing! The pool is bigger than we expected and the garden area is a lovely relaxing space. You really have the best of both worlds as the villa is situated in a peaceful area but it's only a 10/15 minute drive into Chania centre. Emmanuel and Yannis are so lovely and helpful. They provided lots of useful information, checked in with us regularly and were always on hand to help with anything. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to book with them in the future. Thank you for letting us stay at Kassiopeia Villa :)

Emmanuel & Yannis looked after us so well. They helped us with local excursions and regularly checked in to see how our stay was. We had an incredible time in Crete-thanks to our wonderful hosts, Emmanuel and Yannis. Everything was perfect; we were warmly welcomed, provided with insightful advice for our visit, and the villa was AMAZING. The house was large and spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was wonderful to have the washers. The views from Kassiopeia Villa were spectacular-get up early to enjoy a sunrise. With countless balconies, a beautiful pool, and lovely furnishings, it was the perfect place to come home after exploring Crete. What made the visit even better were the wonderful hosts. When we encountered an issue with a planned tour, Emmanuel responded immediately and helped us problem solve—thanks to him, we were able to see all the sites on our list despite some weather challenges. We give Kassiopeia our highest rating. More comfortable than many 5-star resorts and a fraction of the price. We have already recommended it to our friends and travel agent!! This Villa was perfect for our week in Crete, the villa was far enough away from Crete old port to avoid the crowds but close enough when we wanted to go into old port for a meal or shopping - 10 minute drive. I would recommend this villa for a stay in Crete, TheHotelgr staff are very helpful responsive. Thank you to Emmanuel and Yannis. Graeme.

Grande maison, bien équipée avec une vue incroyable sur la baie de Souda. Très bien placée à proximité de l’aéroport, de la ville de Chania et de la plage de Marathi. Une voiture est indispensable pour s’y rendre et découvrir les alentours. Merci à nos hôtes accueillants et chaleureux :)

La villa elle-même est une merveille, spacieuse et superbement équipée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin et plus encore. Elle est beaucoup plus grande qu'elle ne paraît sur les photos, ce qui a été une agréable surprise. L'intérieur est décoré avec goût et les aménagements sont de haute qualité. La localisation est également parfaite. Située à proximité de La Canée, elle offre un accès facile à de nombreux sites touristiques et plages de l'ouest de la Crète. En conclusion, je recommande++++

Our stay at Kassiopeia Villa was everything we could have wished for: peaceful, light and airy, spotlessly clean, comfortable and stylishly furnished. There was lots of outdoor seating, especially appreciated after being cooped up indoors during a dreary British winter. The view over Souda and the bay was fantastic, especially beautiful at dawn. Access to restaurants and supermarkets was very easy and some fascinating places such as Aptera archaeological site, Hania old harbour and a gorgeous wooded valley and village at Meskla not too much of a drive away. Emmanuel was very welcoming and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.
