Villa Narciso auf Chania, Chania

Villa Narciso ist eine brandneue Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern und schönem Meerblick auf die Bucht von Souda, nur 4 km von der Stadt Chania entfernt. Einige Tavernen am Wasser, ein Supermarkt und das Mega Place Cinema mit Bowling, ein Café mit Kinderspielplatz und eine Bäckerei befinden sich zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt auch ein unorganisierter Sandstrand nach 300 m entfernt.

Die Villa Narciso ist auf drei Etagen gebaut und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die Natur. Wenn Sie die Villa betreten, sehen Sie einen offenen Wohnbereich, der sich durch Balkontüren auf der mittleren Etage zu einer geräumigen möblierten Veranda öffnet. Auf dieser Etage gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Essbereich sowie ein gemeinsames Duschbad.

Das Erdgeschoss der Villa bietet ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden können, und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten. Ein gemeinsames Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein Kinderspielzimmer sind ebenfalls auf dieser Etage vorhanden.

Ein kleiner Fitnessraum und eine Dachterrasse mit schöner Meerblick, einer Essbereich im Freien und Sonnenliegen werden auf der obersten Etage angeboten.

Kostenloses WLAN, Klimaanlage, ein Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind vorhanden. Kostenlose Parkplätze ist auch verfügbar.

It also remained relatively cool even on a hot day. It is true that the property is quite close to relatively busy road, however the location and view more than make up for this."

"Die Villa war sehr sehr sauber, geräumig und mit allen möglichen Haushaltsgeräten ausgestattet. Von den Terassen hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer und kann pefekt den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Alle nötigen Läden für Verpflegung etc. sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man in nicht einmal 10 Minuten in Chania."

The house is amazing, we really enjoyed the view from the terrace during our evenings! The kids loved the playroom and it was great that the house is fully equipped for everything you need. The owners have been so kind and available, the agency also very kind and available! There is a nice beach just 5 minutes by foot, but the location is perfect also to visit many amazing beaches on the island! In few minutes by car it is also possible to go to Chania for a boat trip or a dinner. Suggested to have a car to visit different places, the island is a paradise. There are plenty of restaurants just 10-20 minutes away, a couple also in Souda, but if you want to have a dinner home there are also several supermarkets (the supermarket in Souda has great local meat and cheese), some fish shops also cook the fishes for you and you can make special orders (if you want a specific fish).. everyone is so kind! A small market 2 minutes by foot is open every single day and has the best ice-cream (local sheep ice-cream!) you can taste. An amazing holiday!

This was a wonderful place to stay for two Weeks in chaina! Our kids loved the home and the hosts were very responsive when we needed them to be but also not too communicative. The house was just as described and photographed. We sat on the beautiful porches every morning and every evening watching boats and the beautiful Ocean scenery. Plenty of space. We liked not being right in downtown but a short drive to go there. The nearby beach and restaurant is also good and nice to have nearby. The host even came and cleaned and changed linens halfway through our stay. Final great point, we left a piece of jewelry and we were quickly informed that we had left it but we were already at the airport and they agreed to mail it to us. Can’t say enough kind things about this place. Thank you for having us!
