Villa Narciso is a brand new 3-bedroom Villa with beautiful sea views of Souda bay, located only 4 km from the town of Chania town. A few waterfront taverns, a supermarket and Mega Place Cinema with bowling, a cafe with children playground and a bakery are found within walking distance. There is also an unorganized sandy beach at 300 meters away.

Villa Narciso is built in three floors offering amazing sea views and nature views. Entering the Villa, all guests can find an open plan living room area which opens to a spacious furnished veranda through balcony doors on th emiddle floor. A fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area as well as a common shower bathroom are provided on this level.

The ground floor of the villa offers one master bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, and one bedroom with two double bunk beds. A common bathroom with a bathtub and a children playroom are also offered on this floor.

A small fitness room and a beautiful, sea view rooftop terrace with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers are provided on the top floor.

Free wireless internet, air-condition, a dishwasher, a washing machine, iron and iron board are provided. Free parking space is also available.

Villa Narciso is located 4 km from the picturesque town of Chania, and a short driving distance from a few famous sandy beaches of the area (Agioi Apostoloi, Agia Marina, Kalyves).

"Die Villa war sehr sehr sauber, geräumig und mit allen möglichen Haushaltsgeräten ausgestattet. Von den Terassen hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer und kann pefekt den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Alle nötigen Läden für Verpflegung etc. sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man in nicht einmal 10 Minuten in Chania."

It also remained relatively cool even on a hot day. It is true that the property is quite close to relatively busy road, however the location and view more than make up for this."

The house is amazing, we really enjoyed the view from the terrace during our evenings! The kids loved the playroom and it was great that the house is fully equipped for everything you need. The owners have been so kind and available, the agency also very kind and available! There is a nice beach just 5 minutes by foot, but the location is perfect also to visit many amazing beaches on the island! In few minutes by car it is also possible to go to Chania for a boat trip or a dinner. Suggested to have a car to visit different places, the island is a paradise. There are plenty of restaurants just 10-20 minutes away, a couple also in Souda, but if you want to have a dinner home there are also several supermarkets (the supermarket in Souda has great local meat and cheese), some fish shops also cook the fishes for you and you can make special orders (if you want a specific fish).. everyone is so kind! A small market 2 minutes by foot is open every single day and has the best ice-cream (local sheep ice-cream!) you can taste. An amazing holiday!

This was a wonderful place to stay for two Weeks in chaina! Our kids loved the home and the hosts were very responsive when we needed them to be but also not too communicative. The house was just as described and photographed. We sat on the beautiful porches every morning and every evening watching boats and the beautiful Ocean scenery. Plenty of space. We liked not being right in downtown but a short drive to go there. The nearby beach and restaurant is also good and nice to have nearby. The host even came and cleaned and changed linens halfway through our stay. Final great point, we left a piece of jewelry and we were quickly informed that we had left it but we were already at the airport and they agreed to mail it to us. Can’t say enough kind things about this place. Thank you for having us!
