Villa Narciso i Chania (Byen), Chania

Villa Narciso is a brand new 3-bedroom Villa with beautiful sea views of Souda bay, located only 4 km from the town of Chania town. A few waterfront taverns, a supermarket and Mega Place Cinema with bowling, a cafe with children playground and a bakery are found within walking distance. There is also an unorganized sandy beach at 300 meters away.

Villa Narciso is built in three floors offering amazing sea views and nature views. Entering the Villa, all guests can find an open plan living room area which opens to a spacious furnished veranda through balcony doors on th emiddle floor. A fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area as well as a common shower bathroom are provided on this level.

The ground floor of the villa offers one master bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed each level featuring a double bed (1.40m x 2.20m each). A bathroom with a bathtub and a children playroom are also offered on this floor.

A small fitness room and a beautiful, sea view rooftop terrace with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers are provided on the top floor.

Free wireless internet, air-condition, a dishwasher, a washing machine, iron and iron board are provided. Free parking space is also available.

Villa Narciso is located 4 km from the picturesque town of Chania, and a short driving distance from a few famous sandy beaches of the area (Agioi Apostoloi, Agia Marina, Kalyves).

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the house in Souda :) The layout of the building is very clever and you get to use all the terraces and space during the day. It also remained relatively cool even on a hot day. It is true that the property is quite close to relatively busy road, however the location and view more than make up for this."

Buongiorno, Abbiamo soggiornato a Luglio, presso Villa Narcisio. Eravamo 2 famiglie per un totale di 4 adulti e 4 ragazzi/e. Siamo stati molto bene, la casa era meravigliosa e pulita, con una vista panoramica sul mare spettacolare, la terrazza era comoda per stendere e per rilassarsi. Per quanto riguarda la loro disponibilità, impeccabile e sopratutto il Sig. Christofer molto gentile e disponibile. Vi ringraziamo per averci dato la possibilità di vivere questa vacanza incantevole.

Rien à reprocher tout était parfait du début à la fin, communication très facile, très réactifs 👍🏼 Villa avec vue magnifique.
