It’s a center-of-town experience that connected us with Chania and gave us great access to the beautiful Western beaches of Crete! Emmanuel & Yannis's apartment was the perfect base for our family of four to explore Crete. The apartment was large, with a massive patio. It is just a couple of blocks from Old Town, and is in the center of downtown - both with tons of shopping, restaurants, nearby markets, etc. The wash machine was well used since we were there for a week, and clothes dried quickly on the clothesline outside. We were happy to find two bakeries a block away that were perfect for breakfast, or taking pre-made sandwiches to the beach. And my VERY picky 15 year old became the biggest client of Kipros (amazing souvlaki...especially the chicken), which is a small gyro "fast food" place that offers takeout and is just a couple of blocks away. We were lucky enough to find street parking a couple of days, but the public car park was also within a few blocks, which was convenient, if not a little expensive. The hosts were quick to answer questions and secure taxis for us when needed. Overall a great stay!

We were a family of 5 adults and two children under 5 living in the apartment. The apartment is in a very good location in the center - close to shops, bus station, restaurants. We recommend others to stay here! The kids loved the heated pool and we adults could enjoy our breakfast on the outdoor terrace at the same time.

We had a great 4 week stay at Emmanuel and Yannis's place. The location was ideal, we walked everywhere, and there are lots of great restaurants and bars/cafes on your doorstep. The apartment is spacious, and as described on Airbnb and in the photos. Yannis checked in with us every week to see if all was going well and if we needed anything, which was much appreciated. We will definitely be returning!

We had an excellent stay in Chania, it was two of us and our toddler so the spaciousness and modern updated amenities were exactly what we needed. The location is ideal because it is just 5 minutes walk to get into the old town and the actual harbor is 10 min walk. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Bathrooms and kitchen were up-to-date and modern. Best of all Yannis is super responsive over text and was available any and all questions we had throughout the day and night about where to go, what to do, and how to get around in Crete. Highly recommended and will visit again!

The location was excellent, just a couple blocks from the old town and the tourist attractions. The apartment was well appointed and stocked. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! The beds were comfortable and all the linens and towels you could ask for. The hot tub was a nice bonus as well. The only quibble my wife and I had was the lack of larger cups for our tea. Better get on that Yannis. 🙂 Just a heads up if you rent a car, parking is a challenge in this area.
