The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. This was the most lovely Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. It truly is a villa, tucked away on a quiet street on a hill overlooking Souda Bay. The photos didn’t do the view justice - it’s beyond stunning. It was a bit isolated from the hustle and bustle of Chania, which was exactly what we were after, but the city was just a short drive away. The place was incredibly clean and well appointed. I especially appreciated having access to a washer. Emmanuel and Yannis were fabulous hosts. They provided dozens of recommendations, stocked the kitchen with some juice and a few breakfast foods, checked in on us every day, and even arranged for a private chef to cook for my husband and I on our final night. The bar is set high for all future Airbnbs. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Crete, we know where we’ll be staying!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Kassiopeia! The villa is beautiful and had everything we needed for a week in Chania. Emmanuel was a great host: he made sure we were well taken care of, was always available when we needed him, and even let one of us stay longer on the last day. One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. As soon as we booked, Emmanuel was in touch with some general information on the local area, followed up shortly before arrival with local recommendations for restaurants, beaches, places to go etc. Emmanuel met us at check-in to show us around and was in touch throughout the stay for anything we needed.

The villa itself is better than it looks from the photos. Amazing views and outdoor spaces and the pool was great. A short drive into Chania and so many places locally. We wouldn't hesitate to return here or to another property hosted by Emmanuel. A great stay, thank you!

We had an amazing stay here. The house is super comfortable w/plenty space, loaded kitchen, safe neighborhood & super helpful, responsive and friendly hosts who also arranged our rental car and met us at the villa to ensure all was good at check in. We were at peace here & didn’t want to leave. The view of Souda Bay from the balconies is special both day and night. The pool was perfect on hot days or after a long day out. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It felt like our own private retreat from the world.

This was by far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures show.

The hosts met us when we arrived after a long travel from the states, showed us around the villa, which was extremely helpful, and continually checked on us during our stay. They answered any questions we had very quickly.

We would 100% stay here again and we highly recommend this Airbnb. The views are breathtaking inside and outside the airbnb and it's just a short drive to plethora of restaurants and cafes, the downtown bay area and markets.

We had a wonderful stay. The house offers a fantastic view over the Souda Valley and is spacious, clean, and very well equipped. The swimming pool was excellent and enjoyed by the whole family. There was everything we needed, with plenty of chairs, plates, kitchen equipment, and other amenities.

The beds and mattresses were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Above all, the hosts were exceptionally proactive, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property to other guests.

I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb and the host, Emmanuel. The house was very beautiful, easy to get to, and had amazing views. My family and I were very comfortable. But what stood out the most was Emmanuel's responsiveness, willingness to help, and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process. Even when our family had a medical issue that needed urgent care, he helped us with every step and was extremely caring, kind and proactive. We are truly thankful for his assistance and would strongly recommend this property to anyone!

There home was incredible! Large windows and doors overlooking the harbor and mountains. I could sit in the window seats all day and just look outside.
