Best of all though was coming back to our beautiful villa with its stunning views, comfortable beds, large swimming pool, well equipped kitchen and huge living spaces.   • "Stunning. Often, listings do not live up to their online photos. Not this villa. Even more beautiful in person. The host met us at the property and were super nice and responsive throughout. The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. Would go back....."

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this stunning home in Crete. The house itself is even more beautiful than the photos, which is saying a lot! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amount of space, the thoughtful design, and how I immaculately clean everything was. The view of the bay is simply unreal, like something out of a postcard. The host was incredibly warm, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly didn’t want to leave and would come back in a heartbeat. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had!

We use TheHotel.gr every time we visit Crete and every time we have a fantastic stay. This time however, the villa was fantastic. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and with breathtaking view over the Souda bay. It's quiet, yet the journey to the city centre takes 10 min, all amenities were just down the road, with very nice beach bar, restaurants and local shops. Definitely this location will be visited by us in the future. Mr. Emmanuel took great care of welcoming us in the villa and was always reachable and supportive throughout our stay. Kassiopeia Villa is definitely a 10/10 place whilst services offered by TheHotel.gr are 20/10 :)

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The views will take your breath away, the location was ideal and the neighborhood quiet and safe. Where to begin...the large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and clothes washer. The living room is huge, furniture is comfortable, and the views are incredible. There are decks off of kitchen, primary bedroom, and two off the living room with seating on all of them. There is a large dining room table inside and another outside. The pool is surrounded by grass and lounge chairs with plush cushions. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, plenty of storage and desks. The bathrooms are spotless and have plush towels (including extras to use at the pool or beach). Emmanuel and Yanni responded very quickly to questions before and during our stay, and had lots of great suggestions for us. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Emmanuel was extremely warm, friendly and helpful host. Always available on phone and enquiring of our wellness. Was even instant in replying to queries about places of interest and well organised with useful instructions in advance. He was waiting to welcome us to the villa and gave an exhaustive tour of the villa. We didn’t have to call back for any further help. Except the heater didn’t work one night and he was so apologetic that the technician found that the heater had run out of petrol.

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuel & Yannis’ Airbnb. The house was truly amazing and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view of Souda harbour was breathtaking! The hosts were always there if needed and responded immediately if contacted. It was an absolute pleasure staying at this beautiful house.

The villa far exceeded our expectations and we absolutely loved our stay here. It's very spacious, clean, well equipped and the views from the balconies are amazing! The pool is bigger than we expected and the garden area is a lovely relaxing space. You really have the best of both worlds as the villa is situated in a peaceful area but it's only a 10/15 minute drive into Chania centre. Emmanuel and Yannis are so lovely and helpful. They provided lots of useful information, checked in with us regularly and were always on hand to help with anything. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to book with them in the future. Thank you for letting us stay at Kassiopeia Villa :)

A fabulous villa, situated in peaceful surroundings. The Villa was immaculate, spacious & had all the amenities we required. Plenty of everything. The pool was beautiful & kept clean. Emmanuel & Yannis looked after us so well. They helped us with local excursions and regularly checked in to see how our stay was.
