"We had an incredible time in Crete-thanks to our wonderful hosts, Emmanuel and Yannis. Everything was perfect; we were warmly welcomed, provided with insightful advice for our visit, and the villa was AMAZING. The house was large and spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was wonderful to have the washers. The views from Kassiopeia Villa were spectacular-get up early to enjoy a sunrise. With countless balconies, a beautiful pool, and lovely furnishings, it was the perfect place to come home after exploring Crete. We give Kassiopeia our highest rating. More comfortable than many 5-star resorts and a fraction of the price. We have already recommended it to our friends and travel agent!! Thank you, Emmanuel and Yannis"

We drove to many stunning beaches, explored the ruins at Knossos and spent many evenings exploring nearby Chania and eating at its wonderful restaurants. "Stunning. Often, listings do not live up to their online photos. Not this villa. Even more beautiful in person. The host met us at the property and were super nice and responsive throughout. The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. Would go back....."

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. As soon as we booked, Emmanuel was in touch with some general information on the local area, followed up shortly before arrival with local recommendations for restaurants, beaches, places to go etc. Emmanuel met us at check-in to show us around and was in touch throughout the stay for anything we needed.

The villa itself is better than it looks from the photos. Amazing views and outdoor spaces and the pool was great. A short drive into Chania and so many places locally. We wouldn't hesitate to return here or to another property hosted by Emmanuel. A great stay, thank you!

We had an amazing stay here. The house is super comfortable w/plenty space, loaded kitchen, safe neighborhood & super helpful, responsive and friendly hosts who also arranged our rental car and met us at the villa to ensure all was good at check in. We were at peace here & didn’t want to leave. The view of Souda Bay from the balconies is special both day and night. The pool was perfect on hot days or after a long day out. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It felt like our own private retreat from the world.

This was by far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures show.

The hosts met us when we arrived after a long travel from the states, showed us around the villa, which was extremely helpful, and continually checked on us during our stay. They answered any questions we had very quickly.

We would 100% stay here again and we highly recommend this Airbnb. The views are breathtaking inside and outside the airbnb and it's just a short drive to plethora of restaurants and cafes, the downtown bay area and markets.

We had a wonderful stay. The house offers a fantastic view over the Souda Valley and is spacious, clean, and very well equipped. The swimming pool was excellent and enjoyed by the whole family. There was everything we needed, with plenty of chairs, plates, kitchen equipment, and other amenities.

The beds and mattresses were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Above all, the hosts were exceptionally proactive, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property to other guests.

I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb and the host, Emmanuel. The house was very beautiful, easy to get to, and had amazing views. My family and I were very comfortable. But what stood out the most was Emmanuel's responsiveness, willingness to help, and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process. Even when our family had a medical issue that needed urgent care, he helped us with every step and was extremely caring, kind and proactive. We are truly thankful for his assistance and would strongly recommend this property to anyone!

If you are looking for a place to stay near Chania, I highly encourage you to consider this place. My daughter is having her wedding in Crete in August and we look forward to our return trip. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser luxuriösen Villa. Die Lage am Hang ist fantastisch, krasser Blick über die Bucht von Souda. Tolle Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer. Die Villa ist weitläufig mit mehreren Terassen und Balkons, alles weitgehend privat. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Küche sehr großzügig, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schlafzimmer sehr komfortabel, super Betten. Alle haben ein eigenes Bad und mindestens einen direkten Zugang zu Balkon oder Terrasse. Es gibt sogar eine Garage für das Auto! Und im Garten Granatapfelbäume mit reifen Früchten zum Selberpflücken (wir waren im Oktober hier)! Emmanuel war ausgesprochen freundlich, hat uns die Villa persönlich übergeben und sich regelmäßig per WA gemeldet, ob alles ok ist. Wir bekamen zum Start eine sehr ausführliche Liste mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und schönen Stränden. Da wir nur eine Woche hier waren, hat uns das sehr geholfen, alle Tips waren super. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!
