"Our stay at Kassiopeia Villa was everything we could have wished for: peaceful, light and airy, spotlessly clean, comfortable and stylishly furnished. There was lots of outdoor seating, especially appreciated after being cooped up indoors during a dreary British winter. The view over Souda and the bay was fantastic, especially beautiful at dawn. Emmanuel was very welcoming and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended."

"Our stay at the Kassiopeia Villa was beyond our expectations. The Villa is gorgeous and the view was stunning. It was quiet and peaceful. You definitely will need a car to go anyplace. The service and communication from Emmanuel and Yannis at TheHotel.gr was outstanding. They cover information about the villa, renting a car, driving directions, places to see and places to eat. They were extremely responsive and even took the time to check in with us just to see how we were doing. Do not hesitate to book with them. You will not be disappointed!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb and the host, Emmanuel. The house was very beautiful, easy to get to, and had amazing views. My family and I were very comfortable. But what stood out the most was Emmanuel's responsiveness, willingness to help, and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process."

"This was the most lovely Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. It truly is a villa, tucked away on a quiet street on a hill overlooking Souda Bay. They provided dozens of recommendations, stocked the kitchen with some juice and a few breakfast foods, checked in on us every day, and even arranged for a private chef to cook for my husband and I on our final night. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Crete, we know where we’ll be staying!"

"We use TheHotel.gr every time we visit Crete and every time we have a fantastic stay. This time however, the villa was fantastic. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and with breathtaking view over the Souda bay. It's quiet, yet the journey to the city centre takes 10 min, all amenities were just down the road, with very nice beach bar, restaurants and local shops."

"This is an extraordinary place. Lovely design, well built, really well managed and enormous - much bigger than the impression from the photos. Incredible views from both of the huge terraces. Emmanuel was extremely helpful. Six of us stayed and loved every minute."

"Stunning. Often, listings do not live up to their online photos. Not this villa. Even more beautiful in person. The host met us at the property and were super nice and responsive throughout. The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. Would go back....."

"We had an incredible time in Crete-thanks to our wonderful hosts, Emmanuel and Yannis. Everything was perfect; we were warmly welcomed, provided with insightful advice for our visit, and the villa was AMAZING. The house was large and spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was wonderful to have the washers. The views from Kassiopeia Villa were spectacular-get up early to enjoy a sunrise. With countless balconies, a beautiful pool, and lovely furnishings, it was the perfect place to come home after exploring Crete. We give Kassiopeia our highest rating. More comfortable than many 5-star resorts and a fraction of the price. We have already recommended it to our friends and travel agent!! Thank you, Emmanuel and Yannis"

"Notre séjour dans cette villa a été une expérience remarquable, largement au-delà de nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été captivés par la vue splendide qui s'offrait à nous, une véritable carte postale qui s'étendait sous nos yeux chaque jour. La communication avec notre hôte était exemplaire ; il était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous assurer un séjour confortable, que ce soit avant, pendant, ou même après notre départ."

"Loved everything about this place. My family spent a wonderful week here.. grandparents, parents and two teenaged kids and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. We drove to many stunning beaches, explored the ruins at Knossos and spent many evenings exploring nearby Chania and eating at its wonderful restaurants. Best of all though was coming back to our beautiful villa with its stunning views, comfortable beds, large swimming pool, well equipped kitchen and huge living spaces. Thank you Emmanuel for all your help and for giving us such a fantastic family holiday."

Vivian

"This villa has amazing views, modern upscale design and total privacy. Big plus that pool is not in easy access if you have small kids. Hosts greeted us and were very helpful through out our stay. Thank you for wonderful time!"
