"We just completed a week’s stay at the Kappa residence and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is great, situated on a quiet street a short walk from the Old Town, and near to all local amenities (supermarkets, pharmacies, retail etc). The apartment is perfectly spacious, clean and fitted out to a really high spec and the roof terrace was a dream."

Great to have soaps, kitchen and bath essentials there for your arrival. The patio is most enjoyable in the evenings and great for relaxing after being out for the day. The automatic black out curtains were awesome! Yannis is definitely a Super Host. All of his suggestions and communications were very much appreciated throughout our stay. I wish we could find more hosts as attentive to detail as Yannis and superb accommodation. This was truly the highlight of our journey :)"

The local businesses employ some amazing people - super helpful and worth meeting ! Access to the harbor and restaurants is perfect - all are a 3-5 minute walk. The beaches worth visiting are a drive - this is not a beach apartment. It’s a center-of-town experience that connected us with Chania and gave us great access to the beautiful Western beaches of Crete! Yannis is an amazing host: could not be more grateful for his prompt responses, great advice, welcoming gift and help in finding a rental car as well as arranging the cleaning service in the apartment.
