Everything was perfect; we were warmly welcomed, provided with insightful advice for our visit, and the villa was AMAZING. The house was large and spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was wonderful to have the washers. The views from Kassiopeia Villa were spectacular-get up early to enjoy a sunrise. With countless balconies, a beautiful pool, and lovely furnishings, it was the perfect place to come home after exploring Crete. We give Kassiopeia our highest rating. More comfortable than many 5-star resorts and a fraction of the price. We have already recommended it to our friends and travel agent!! Thank you, Emmanuel and Yannis"

  • "Stunning. Often, listings do not live up to their online photos. Not this villa. Even more beautiful in person. The host met us at the property and were super nice and responsive throughout. The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. Would go back....."

We drove to many stunning beaches, explored the ruins at Knossos and spent many evenings exploring nearby Chania and eating at its wonderful restaurants. Best of all though was coming back to our beautiful villa with its stunning views, comfortable beds, large swimming pool, well equipped kitchen and huge living spaces. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and with breathtaking view over the Souda bay. It's quiet, yet the journey to the city centre takes 10 min, all amenities were just down the road, with very nice beach bar, restaurants and local shops."

Had a wonderful stay in Kassiopeia villa with friends. The Villa has a panoramic view to die for over Souda Bay. The Villa was fully equipped with all requirements needed for our stay. You will need a car but everything is only a short drive away for airport shopping,beaches and places to eat with in 10-15 mins away. For beaches Marathi is 15 mins drive.
