"Our stay at Kassiopeia Villa was everything we could have wished for: peaceful, light and airy, spotlessly clean, comfortable and stylishly furnished. There was lots of outdoor seating, especially appreciated after being cooped up indoors during a dreary British winter. The view over Souda and the bay was fantastic, especially beautiful at dawn. Emmanuel was very welcoming and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended."

"I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb and the host, Emmanuel. The house was very beautiful, easy to get to, and had amazing views. My family and I were very comfortable. But what stood out the most was Emmanuel's responsiveness, willingness to help, and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process."

"Loved everything about this place. My family spent a wonderful week here.. grandparents, parents and two teenaged kids and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. We drove to many stunning beaches, explored the ruins at Knossos and spent many evenings exploring nearby Chania and eating at its wonderful restaurants. Best of all though was coming back to our beautiful villa with its stunning views, comfortable beds, large swimming pool, well equipped kitchen and huge living spaces. Thank you Emmanuel for all your help and for giving us such a fantastic family holiday."

"We use TheHotel.gr every time we visit Crete and every time we have a fantastic stay. This time however, the villa was fantastic. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and with breathtaking view over the Souda bay. It's quiet, yet the journey to the city centre takes 10 min, all amenities were just down the road, with very nice beach bar, restaurants and local shops."

"Our stay at the Kassiopeia Villa was beyond our expectations. The Villa is gorgeous and the view was stunning. It was quiet and peaceful. You definitely will need a car to go anyplace. The service and communication from Emmanuel and Yannis at TheHotel.gr was outstanding. They cover information about the villa, renting a car, driving directions, places to see and places to eat. They were extremely responsive and even took the time to check in with us just to see how we were doing. Do not hesitate to book with them. You will not be disappointed!"

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été captivés par la vue splendide qui s'offrait à nous, une véritable carte postale qui s'étendait sous nos yeux chaque jour. "We had an incredible time in Crete-thanks to our wonderful hosts, Emmanuel and Yannis. Everything was perfect; we were warmly welcomed, provided with insightful advice for our visit, and the villa was AMAZING. The house was large and spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was wonderful to have the washers. The views from Kassiopeia Villa were spectacular-get up early to enjoy a sunrise. With countless balconies, a beautiful pool, and lovely furnishings, it was the perfect place to come home after exploring Crete. We give Kassiopeia our highest rating. More comfortable than many 5-star resorts and a fraction of the price. We have already recommended it to our friends and travel agent!! Thank you, Emmanuel and Yannis"

"Stunning. Often, listings do not live up to their online photos. Not this villa. Even more beautiful in person. The host met us at the property and were super nice and responsive throughout. The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. Would go back....."

Had a wonderful stay in Kassiopeia villa with friends. The Villa has a panoramic view to die for over Souda Bay. The Villa was fully equipped with all requirements needed for our stay. You will need a car but everything is only a short drive away for airport shopping, beaches and places to eat with in 10-15 mins away. For beaches Marathi is 15 mins drive.
