"Our stay at the Kassiopeia Villa was beyond our expectations. The Villa is gorgeous and the view was stunning. It was quiet and peaceful. You definitely will need a car to go anyplace. The service and communication from Emmanuel and Yannis at TheHotel.gr was outstanding. They cover information about the villa, renting a car, driving directions, places to see and places to eat. They were extremely responsive and even took the time to check in with us just to see how we were doing. Do not hesitate to book with them. You will not be disappointed!"

"This Villa was fantastic for our stay in the Chania area! We were 2 couples and stayed 5 nights. It was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. Views from the various decks were great! Kitchen was well equipped too. Emmanuel and Yannis were excellent hosts and communication was prompt and helpful."

"Loved everything about this place. My family spent a wonderful week here.. grandparents, parents and two teenaged kids and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. We drove to many stunning beaches, explored the ruins at Knossos and spent many evenings exploring nearby Chania and eating at its wonderful restaurants. Best of all though was coming back to our beautiful villa with its stunning views, comfortable beds, large swimming pool, well equipped kitchen and huge living spaces. Thank you Emmanuel for all your help and for giving us such a fantastic family holiday."

The kitchen was well-stocked and it was wonderful to have the washers. The views from Kassiopeia Villa were spectacular-get up early to enjoy a sunrise. With countless balconies, a beautiful pool, and lovely furnishings, it was the perfect place to come home after exploring Crete. We give Kassiopeia our highest rating. "We use TheHotel.gr every time we visit Crete and every time we have a fantastic stay. This time however, the villa was fantastic. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and with breathtaking view over the Souda bay. It's quiet, yet the journey to the city centre takes 10 min, all amenities were just down the road, with very nice beach bar, restaurants and local shops."

"Stunning. Often, listings do not live up to their online photos. Not this villa. Even more beautiful in person. The host met us at the property and were super nice and responsive throughout. The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. Would go back....."

There was lots of outdoor seating, especially appreciated after being cooped up indoors during a dreary British winter. The view over Souda and the bay was fantastic, especially beautiful at dawn. Emmanuel was very welcoming and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended."

The Staff was more than helpful, check in was quick and full of tips and tricks to explore the Island, and the house is even more breathtaking than on the pictures. 10/10 Would do again - I can only recommend this place and this booking agency.

Had a wonderful stay in Kassiopeia villa with friends. The Villa has a panoramic view to die for over Souda Bay. The Villa was fully equipped with all requirements needed for our stay. You will need a car but everything is only a short drive away for airport shopping,beaches and places to eat with in 10-15 mins away. For beaches Marathi is 15 mins drive.
